Description
cephadm now supports the orch host drain command which will add a _no_schedule label to the host and drain all the services from that host. The deletion of a host which contains services is only possible after doing the draining. From dashboard we can
1. Include this in the Host delete action. (But deletion will take longer since draining should also happen, so this should be like a task in notification bar)
2. Add a seperate action for the Host Drain.
3. Do both
