Description
Current Telemetry opt-in reminder says (a bit aseptically):
"The Telemetry module is not submitting telemetry data at the moment. Click <here> to activate it now. <x;close>"
Yaarit suggested to add a What's telemetry link or some explanation.
In any case, as we (Ceph developers) are not neutral about that choice, we should also use a more appealing language: "Ceph needs your help: ..." or "Help us help you: ...".
