Description

After https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/32747, autoReload of some tables is disabled.
The reason to do that is the detail panel is off and on again after data are refreshed, which flickers the UI.

The attached file "flicker.gif" is an example to turn on autoReload on OSD list (the refresh interval is set to 3 seconds for demo purpose).
Please DO NOT view it you are sensitive to flicker/flash effects.

In some cases, autoRelaod is beneficial to user experiencing. For example, when creating OSDs, users might be happier if new OSDs are popped out in the table rather than refreshing the table by themself.
