Description

Steps to reproduce:
  • Create a RBD image, and move it to trash.
  • Restore the RBD image from trash, enter a new name with non-ASCII characters. (e.g. `Tschüss`)
  • The restored image's name is not correct. e.g. It's URL encoded.

Is this needed in nautilus?
The PR that caused the problems hasn't been backported, so everything should work.

Removing backport tags so the backport-create-issue script doesn't create backport issues until we know whether it needs backporting.

@Tiago I couldn't find any information on which PR or commit introduced this issue. Can you add it here?
