Description
Maybe we should hide the menu if no other languages than the default language is available. Alternatively, a greyed out text saying "no other languages available" might also fit.

@Ernesto: can you please double check this from a downstream POV? Would it be helpful to fix this upstream or could we resolve this as "won't fix" (as usually all languages are enabled for an official build).
