mgr/dashboard: Display orchestrator hosts
possibly needs to be unified by host name with the existing host list

Add two menu items: Inventory & Services

Hosts page¶
- Hosts in Ceph and Orchestrator are merged and displayed in Hosts List table.
- When clicking on a host, Inventory of selected host is displayed in Inventory tab.
- Services of host are display in Services tab.
Inventory page¶
This page list all inventory of all hosts.
Services page¶
This page list all services of all hosts.
- Pull request ID set to 29127
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
- Project changed from mgr to Dashboard
- Category changed from 132 to General
