Description
Problem:
In Ceph Dashboard, details are hard to find -- specifically, you need to know to select a table row so that the details area show up below the table (in there are details).
- Perhaps, we should consider to have the first row by default, so that users don't have to stumble to find this as it's a hidden feature.
- Maybe always show the details box and give a hint that a row needs to be selected in order to obtain more details?
Note: This would affect the default action of the action button.

Relates to mgr/dashboard: Global/independent actions should not depend on row selection in a table (https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/40333)
