Description

The instructions don't match well with the bobtail release.
- should include a note that ceph-common needs to be installed on the client.
- since bobtail uses cephx by default, -c and --secret parameters are needed to map an rbd image on a client
- according to redmine 3784, the need for modprobe may go away - not sure when this will happen.

-c and --secret aren't needed if you're using the default ceph.conf and your keyring can be found based on your ceph.conf or the default location.

The current writeup also assumes that the mount is local to the cluster so it hides (for the beginner) important details. I think the steps should be structured as if the client is separate from the cluster and therefore initally has no ceph-common, ceph.conf or keyring.

Fixed description formatting. Also, 3784 is in master now (e94b06a19218decaf7d2d7b009bd862040f20285)

This was verified as working with cuttlefish and ceph-deploy.
