The instructions don't match well with the bobtail release. - should include a note that ceph-common needs to be installed on the client. - since bobtail uses cephx by default, @-c@ -c and @--secret parameters@ --secret parameters are needed to map an rbd image on a client - according to redmine 3784, the need for modprobe may go away - not sure when this will happen.
