Description
Reports ENOENT even though an equivalent `radosgw-admin bucket list ...` succeeds.

It was hitting logic conditioned on:
!num_shards
thereby trigging for 0 but not 1. And there's been a recent work normalizing num_shards to 1 rather than 0 in such cases.

- Status changed from Fix Under Review to Duplicate
The underlying issue was corrected in BUG #58891 (listed as related).
