Description

Description of problem

First thing to setup an rbd mirror cluster is to create a daemon. Next step would be to create a bootstrap key so that other clusters can import it.
Currently we hide the create bootstrap key inside a dropdown making everything hard to find, we should either move this button out in a new one, or
we make this option the default one.
