Description

In https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/38783, https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/38783/commits/80e82686eba added "thrift-devel >= 0.13.0" as a BuildRequires. On SUSE distros, this package is named libthrift-devel, so we need an %if 0%{?suse_version} block around that one.
