mgr/dashboard: redirect page after changing the pwd

Description
I navigated to `Logged in user` -> `Change password`, filled out the fields and clicked on the `Change Password` button. The page I was redirected to looked strange:
Files
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Assignee set to Tiago Melo
- Pull request ID set to 35196
- Status changed from In Progress to Pending Backport
- Backport set to octopus
- Copied to Backport #45707: octopus: mgr/dashboard: redirect page after changing the pwd added
- Status changed from Pending Backport to Resolved
While running with --resolve-parent, the script "backport-create-issue" noticed that all backports of this issue are in status "Resolved" or "Rejected".
- Project changed from mgr to Dashboard
- Category changed from 152 to UX
