Description

Add Telemetry report lookup URL to the Telemetry module as suggested/discussed in https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/33462#issuecomment-610264106.

The lookup URL is going to be added to the Telemetry status output in https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/45312.
