Description
During some situations, users might want to get the latest inventory.
Currently, the dashboard only retrieves cached Inventory data from the Orchestrator, which might be out of date.
We should allow the user to get the latest data by asking orchestrator to refresh forcedly.
One thought is to disable automatical refreshing, and always turning on `refresh` flag when getting inventory.
