Description

Prometheus warnings contain phrases like "one or more", "at least" and "below" (a threshold). Instead of keeping those, alerts can contain the exact value for which the alert has been fired and messages could be improved like so:

11.76% OSDs are down. This means 6 of 51 OSDs are down. The following OSDs are down:
- osd1 on ceph-1
- osd2 on ceph-2
