Description

remove OSDs in Rook and mgr/rook

ceph orch osd rm ...

marks osd out, drains, and eventually stops daemon when it is completely safe 
ceph orch osd status

show progress of osd removals 
ceph orch device zap host path

zaps actual device (destroys data)
(runs ceph-volume on the right node and device)
implemented for cephadm, not for rook
