Description

The first impression of the dialog is asking the user to click and select some table rows.
But actually the dialog wants the user to select some devices by using filters.
We should make it clearer.

Maybe a simple solution would be to rephrase the title of this dialogue from "Add Primary devices" to "Add primary device filter"?
