Description

https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/30939 adds the possibility to expire user passwords. Depending on the settings USER_PWD_EXPIRATION_WARNING_1 and USER_PWD_EXPIRATION_WARNING_2 the user will see a warning banner if the password is going to expire soon.

https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/30939#discussion_r348733763 suggests to take these colors and mark also the user row in the user list table.
