Description
How to reproduce:
1. increase log level of mds:
ceph config set mds debug_mds 10/10
2. try to revert this:
ceph config rm mds debug_mds
(nothing happens, but log level should decrease! i.e. return to defaults)
3. ceph config set mds debug_mds 1/5
actually decreases.
I think, this happens not only with logging, but also with other configration directives.
