Description

Since https://github.com/ceph/ceph-iscsi/pull/138 `ceph-iscsi` controls API returns the "type" of each control.

Ceph Dashboard should use this information to render the appropriate UI component.

E.g. Type "bool" should be a Radio input, type "int" should be a numeric input, ...
