mgr/dashboard: Replace all occurrences of "Ceph Manager Dashboard" with "Ceph Dashboard"

Description
To avoid confusion, the official name of the dashboard should be "Ceph Dashboard", as it's not a dashboard for Ceph Manager. Any such occurrences in the dashboard itself of the documentation and web site should be updated accordingly.
- Related to Cleanup #43840: mgr/dashboard: Dashboard still calls itself "Ceph Manager Dashboard" in the About page added
- Related to Feature #36587: mgr/dashboard: Page title should indicate current location added
- Translation missing: en.field_tag_list set to low-hanging-fruit
- Priority changed from Normal to Low
- Status changed from New to Resolved
I consider this done, the only remaining occurence I could find will be resolved in #43840
- Project changed from mgr to Dashboard
- Category changed from 132 to General
