Description

Improve the login screen as follows:

  • The login page should provide product release/version information, optionally links to other information (e.g. Help, Terms of use, Privacy Policy...)
  • It should provide an easy way to switch languages from the login
  • It should provide a way to restore a forgotten password
  • Text, color and styling should match the rest of the Ceph Mgr dashboard
