Description

http://docs.ceph.com/docs/master/start/quick-start-preflight recommends to install ntp server on some distros. This is not often required, since systemd already has one.

For example, on my system:

$ timedatectl status
Local time: Пн 2016-06-20 15:50:10 YEKT
Universal time: Пн 2016-06-20 10:50:10 UTC
RTC time: Пн 2016-06-20 10:50:10
Time zone: Asia/Yekaterinburg (YEKT, +0500)
Network time on: yes
NTP synchronized: yes
RTC in local TZ: no

So, on systemd-based distributives (at least, Debian 8 and Centos/RHEL 7) use should just ensure that clocks are synchronized.
