Make tcmalloc profiler commands work with monitor

Description
This will require setting up a tell interface or similar for the monitors. Whee!

- Status changed from Resolved to In Progress
I missed some when setting up the "tell *" option, need to look at it a bit more. Initial fixes failed and something weird's going on with targeting.

Done, and properly tested this time.
