obsync: preserve content-type, misc metadata

Description
We should preserve the Content-Type of the object we got out of S3. We should preserve the miscellaneous metadata. (By this, I mean the user-defined metadata that is associated with the object when it is created by a POST or PUT).
- Target version set to v0.28
