Description

ceph-deploy currently uses INFO to log output about keyring files that do not exist and need to be created.

This can cause issues not related to ceph-deploy itself but with other ceph tools like monitors or OSDs:

[bm0303][INFO  ] keyring file does not exist, creating one at: /var/lib/ceph/bootstrap-osd/ceph.keyring
