Description
Now Objecter's perf counter is incomplete，such as:
Firstly, the number of CEPH_OSD_OP_TMAPUP、CEPH_OSD_OP_TMAPGET and CEPH_OSD_OP_TMAPPUT operations
Secondly,delay statistics for read and write operations

- Category changed from Objecter to Administration/Usability
- Tags deleted (

- Backport deleted (
Mimic,Luminous,Nautilus)
- Component(RADOS) Objecter added
- Tracker changed from Bug to Fix

The TMAP* operations are obsolete and deprecated/removed. Adding some latency stats would be useful, though. Updated description
