Description

test_task_idempotent stalls indefinitely if tests are run on a relatively busy system. I tried to figure out why exactly it fails and it appears to wait indefinitely in wait_for_task . Without wait_for_task test passes but something tells me it is wrong doing so. Also it is unclear to me: is it test fault or it actually signifies that TaskManager is buggy and fails on systems under load? If it is latter then clearly something should be fixed. If it is test fault - it should be changed somehow to pass on busy systems.
