Description
If the Object Gateway takes too long to process requests, the Ceph Mgr dashboard runs into timeout errors.
This bug was already fixed on the master branch for Ceph Nautilus, but should be backported to Luminous as well.
This backport is also a pre-requisite for adding the missing tests to the backport of issue #35079 (backport is tracked as #35079)
