Description

We have to define the Landing page Layout when a user does not have all red permissions.
Several cards show info that have strict read permissions.

One possible approach: assume the Landing Page is Read-Only and allow all the info to be shown.

After a conversation in the dashboard daily standup,
there is consensus about the correctness of the current behaviour:
if a user does not have permissions to see some info, the related info card is not displayed.

The only thing to ensure is that if any info group (Status, Performance, Capacity) does not contain any card,
it should not be displayed.
