Description
Before deleting an RGW user, ceph dashboard should validate if the user we are trying to delete is the one used to access the RGW API, and display a notification error in that case.
How to reproduce:
1) Enable the object gateway management frontend as described on http://docs.ceph.com/docs/master/mgr/dashboard/
2) On ceph dashboard, navigate to "Object Gateway > Users" and delete the user you configured on step 1)
