Description

When multisite is configured, a bucket created in a zonegroup would be synchonized to other zonegroups. But the bucket created in other zonegroups couldn't be visited or be put objects. The radosgw would be return 400 or 304 if users visit the the bucket via other zonegroup who isn't the source zonegroup.

Data synchronization happens between zones within same zonegroup. Buckets can only accessed on the zonegroup where they were created. Accessing buckets on other zonegroup will trigger a redirect, as described in the bug.
