rgw: clean up temporary atomic get clones

Description
rgw will make an intent log, and a background process will periodically clean up temporary objects.

implemented, as of commit:4a960e4d56e29bdfb1da750e6bd435f2651091f9. Usage example:
radosgw_admin temp remove --date=2011-08-09 --time=15:00:00
This will remove all entries that were created at or prior to the specified date.
