http://ceph.com/docs/master/install/get-packages/
- instructs to add http://ceph.com/debian-emperor/ as a repo on debian.

- Claims that Emperor is the most recent release.

This will cause people that are new to Ceph to get an outdated version.

Also, when I followed those instructions and installed emperor, monmaptool was missing.
