In http://ceph.com/docs/master/rados/operations/authentication/
the enabling cephx command #2 that reads:
ceph-authtool --create --gen-key -n mon. /tmp/monitor-key
should read:
ceph-authtool --create-keyring --gen-key -n mon. /tmp/monitor-key
