When "degraded stretch mode" gets triggered it automatically changes the parameter "min_size" to "1" on all pools.

IMHO this should be a configurable option (have the option to not change this parameter) as it is not a technical requirement but merely a policy decision choosing between either higher importance to "data integrity" or "data availability"
