Missing entries for hardware alerts from the MIB file

Description

While working on adding nvmeof alerts with an snmp trap, I noticed that although the hardware alerts reference an oid they are missing from the CEPH-MIB file

When you run validate_rules.py manually (and have snmptranslate installed - from net-snmp-utils), you see the following;
