Description

We cause this to be written here by including `--authfile=/etc/ceph/podman-auth.json` when we do podman login commands for registry login. If we're clearing the last cluster on the host, we may as well remove it as users are unlikely to manually specify that file after the cluster has been cleaned off the node.
