mds: the name and descriptions of the inotable testing only options need to be fixed

Description
mds_kill_skip_replaying_inotable and mds_inject_skip_replaying_inotable are exactly the same, which is incorrect.
And also the name of mds_kill_skip_replaying_inotable option is a bit confusing and not that easy to understand. Will rename it to mds_kill_after_journal_logs_flushed.
