Description

Currently the mgr cephadm module unconditionally adds the mgr ip into the iscsi service spec's trusted_ip_list.

If the ip already in the list (added by the user) it makes a duplicate, but more important, on mgr failover it causes the iscsi gateways unnecessary restart due to the trusted_ip_list change.
