Description

  1. yum install -y ceph-mgr

    Error:
    Problem: package ceph-mgr-2:17.2.5-0.el9.x86_64 requires ceph-mgr-modules-core = 2:17.2.5-0.el9, but none of the providers can be installed
    - conflicting requests
    - nothing provides python3-pecan needed by ceph-mgr-modules-core-2:17.2.5-0.el9.noarch
    (try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
