Description

Something like

[global]
public_network='192.168.122.0/24,192.4.4.0/24'
cluster_network="192.168.122.0/24,192.4.4.0/24"

used to work in a config passed to bootstrap with --config, but we broke it at some point. It wouldn't be too hard to return support for it
