Description

To my knowledge there is no method to add a config-key value from the commandline, when that value starts with dashes

ceph config-key set FOO "--FOO" 
Invalid command: Unexpected argument '--FOO'
config-key set <key> [<val>] :  set <key> to value <val>
Error EINVAL: invalid command
