Description

According to https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/man/8/radosgw-admin when using "radosgw-admin bucket chown" command, you can use --markder to resume if command gets interrupted:

bucket chown

Link bucket to specified user and update object ACLs. Use –marker to resume if command gets interrupted.

But using --marker does not anything, and just starts over.
