rbd-mirrror: expose perf dump info for snapshot replayer

Description
Currently the journal replayer records the latency and the sum of replayed bytes for each image and for the whole daemon.
The snapshot replayer should also have some form of perf dump counters.

I forgot to add it in the original issue but I think it would be nice to also have this backported to octopus and pacific.
