Description
notifications will be sent only after all other actions related to the notified operation were successful. if an endpoint goes down for a longer period of time, its notification queue will eventually fill up. once this is happening we will start failing S3 operations that has configured notifications for these endpoints.
in such a case the client would receive "503 Service Unavailable" indicating that it may retry later.
