Description
The idea would be to expose Dashboard usage metrics to Telemetry:
- how many users have it enabled (probably already available)
- how many users are actively using it (e.g.: number of session log-ins, length of sessions)
- which components are mostly used (e.g.: monitor backend REST API usage)
