The Teuthology documentation was completely rewritten in February of 2021.
All of the links were checked for validity, and all of the sentences in the guide were written in simple, idiomatic English. The link mentioned earlier in the comments to the issue will not take you to the Teuthology Guide, but this link will (as of March 2021):

This resolves this issue.
