I have a new straw algorithm implementation,
which is more balanced than the straw2.
I want to contribute.
I call it straw3;
this is an improved consistency algorithm.
x (PG) as "data"
items as "nodes",
weight as the "number of virtual nodes"
then select the corresponding items.
